Thank you to The Container Yard in Downtown L.A. for letting me drop a piece inside the walls!
This is the new mural installation that consumes the entire south facing side of the Nativ Hotel building in Denver, CO. The design is meant to give the building a sense of contemporary structure and a modern architectural feel. The lines represent positive energy with a sense to direct people to have an attraction with the building and establishment. The colors were chosen from the Colorado landscape and maintain an elegant way of representing the red soil, yellow sun and vibrant blue skies without being completely direct. In addition this type art creates an abstract painting and is meant to be be able to relate to trends from the past to future.
In conjunction with the 3 night stop in Colorado and Ganja Inc., Ortiz came through to celebrate with a stylistic street art piece of Jr. Gong Damien Marley. You can see the piece along with picking up some of work in Denver at 555 S. Logan Dr. in South Denver, CO.
